Erfahrungsbericht: Phake Linsenimplantation
Ein EyeLaser Patient berichtet über seine Erfahrung mit der Phake-Linsenimplantation.
Ich bin seit meinem 11. Lebensjahr kurzsichtig, habe dabei drei Jahre lang ungefähr eine Brille getragen. Dabei hat sich meine Kurzsichtigkeit rasant verschlechtert, sodass ich mit 14, 15 ungefähr harte Kontaktlinsen tragen musste. Die habe ich bis vor zwei Jahren gut toleriert. Die letzten zwei Jahre habe ich aber gemerkt, dass meine Augen immer rot werden, anfangen zu jucken, und dass ich zunehmend empfindlich geworden bin auf die harten Kontaktlinsen. Da habe ich mir überlegt, ich möchte etwas unternehmen, ich möchte etwas dagegen tun.
Aufgrund meiner starken Kurzsichtigkeit und der Tatsache, dass meine Hornhaut normal dick ist, wurde bei mir eine Implantation einer intraokularen Linse vorgeschlagen. Und nach reichlicher Überlegung habe ich mich dazu entschlossen, weil es für mich anscheinend auch die beste Option ist. Jetzt postoperativ kann ich sagen, ich bin damit zufrieden, ja. Ich habe zwei Kontaktlinsen in mein Auge implantiert bekommen, zusätzlich zu der natürlichen Linse. Ich habe jetzt keine Brillen mehr, ich trage keine Kontaktlinsen mehr, ich habe überhaupt keine Fremdkörper mehr, und sehe scharf. Bei der letzten Untersuchung hatten wir 150 % Sicht, ich glaube ich habe noch nie in meinem Leben so scharf gesehen.
Ich muss sagen, ich hatte keine postoperativen Schmerzen, lediglich ein leichtes Druckgefühl im Kopf, was natürlich nach dem Eingriff als normal anzusehen ist. Immerhin wurde ja doch etwas manipuliert und implantiert, aber die Schmerzen waren relativ schnell weg. Ich habe zwei bis drei Tage ungefähr eine Lichtempfindlichkeit empfunden. Mittlerweile ist das auch schon fast weg. Ich trage zwar nach wie vor die vorgeschlagenen Sonnenbrillen, aber ich bin mehr so lichtempfindlich, wie die ersten zwei, drei Tage, das ist schnell vergangen. Ansonsten habe ich bei den Augen keine weiteren Probleme. Ich habe nicht ein Fremdkörpergefühl, ich spüre nichts beim Schlafen, es irritiert mich nicht. Es ist so, wie wenn diese Linsen latent Ihre Arbeit verrichten und ich würde gar nicht merken, dass sie da sind. Mit den Kontaktlinsen hatte ich davor durchaus das Problem, dass ich bemerkt habe, mit jedem Zwinkern spüre ich die Linsen. Das ist mal ein Problem gewesen. Das Zweite ist, die bewegen sich, das stört auch bei der Visualisierung, wenn man immer bemerkt, dass die Linsen wackeln. Man gewöhnt sich daran, aber es ist immer ein Problem. Mit den jetzigen Implantaten merke ich gar nichts, das ist eine scharfe Sicht durchgehend.
Brillen waren für mich nie eine Option, ich habe immer eine Umgebungsübelkeit gehabt, wenn ich mich bewege, durch die Unschärfe war mir immer übel. Mit den Linsen habe ich totale Sicht drum herum, es ist alle scharf. Es ist nicht wie bei den harten Linsen, dass da das Bild wackelt auch, sondern es ist alles ruhig, es ist alles gerade. Das ist auch etwas, was mich mit den Brillen unglaublich gestört hat einfach, dass das ganze Bild mit 11 Dioptrien so verzogen ist. Mit den Linsen ist alles tip-top. Ich sehe alles durchgehend scharf. Ich freue mich schon auf den Urlaub in einem Monat. Wir fahren nach Thailand, in ein schönes Urlaubsresort, ich bin mal gespannt, wie die Optik dort ist.
Das nächste ist, meine Frau freut sich natürlich auch. Sie hat immer schon gefunden, dass ich schöne Augen habe, und jetzt findet sie mich noch ansehnlicher. Das andere, ein kleiner Scherz am Rande, wie ich noch nicht so scharf gesehen habe, konnte sie in der Frühe immer schnell in das Badezimmer huschen, hat sich frisch gemacht, und danach habe ich sie tip-top gesehen. Jetzt befürchtet sie natürlich, dass ich sie in der Frühe in all ihrer Schönheit sehen könnte. Aber das ist auch ein positiver Nebeneffekt.
Ja, also bei der Dioptrie, die ich gehabt habe und bei den Optionen, die mir zur Verfügung standen, würde ich auf jeden Fall sagen: Ja. Für mich gab es nämlich nicht viele andere Optionen, und mit dem Ergebnis bin ich so zufrieden, dass ich sagen kann: “Ja, ich könnte das bedenkenlos jemandem weiterempfehlen.”

DocFinder UserNew lease of life!I “only” wanted to have my eyes lasered to get away from glasses, but then I was diagnosed with cataracts. It was a shock for me, but Dr Derhartunian calmed me down and gave me great information about the situation. After 50 minutes, everything was done. I had new lenses implanted, which corrected my prescription. 2nd check-up after one week: visual performance 150 %!!!!!
